As a Registered Massage Therapist with a deep focus on Maya Abdominal Therapy, I specialize in gentle yet powerful techniques that support digestive, reproductive, and overall pelvic health. My own journey with digestive challenges led me to explore Abdominal Massage, Aromatherapy, Access Bars®, and other holistic approaches, deepening my understanding of the body’s innate ability to heal.

A graduate of the MH Vicars 2200-hour program (2017), I’ve also expanded my practice through training in low back and hip work, other bodywork modalities, and personal development.
