Hello! I’m Emma, and I’m so glad you’re here. As a Registered Massage Therapist with a deep focus on Maya Abdominal Therapy, I specialize in gentle yet powerful techniques that support digestive, reproductive, and overall pelvic health. My own journey with digestive challenges led me to explore Abdominal Massage, Aromatherapy, Access Bars®, and other holistic approaches, deepening my understanding of the body’s innate ability to heal.

A graduate of the MH Vicars 2200-hour program (2017), I’ve also expanded my practice through training in low back and hip work, other bodywork modalities, and personal development. This well-rounded foundation allows me to bring a comprehensive, intuitive approach to every session, helping you feel supported, balanced, and deeply connected to your body’s wisdom.
