This call is a space to connect and share what’s happening in your body and what kind of support you’re seeking. We’ll also talk through the setup for in-home sessions to ensure your space feels grounding and supportive for the work. It’s a chance for both of us to sense if it’s an aligned fit.

During our 90 minutes together, we will explore your Human Design and how it shows up in your life. For solos, couples, work partnerships or parent child relationships. This can help you understand yourself and each other deeper and more authentically.

Somassage® is a wholistic bodywork system that utilizes an effective treatment technique based on the principles and theories of Soma Structural Integration. Somassage® allows release of tension and increase in flexibility, while promoting enhanced performance and overall health and wellbeing.

It is not just a technique, but a whole system of structural analysis, directional myofascial release and applied body mechanics.

This treatment offers support for various reproductive, digestive, and structural concerns, including infertility, menstrual conditions, fibroids, endometriosis, GERD, IBS, Crohn’s disease, adhesions, scarring, constipation, chronic fatigue, migraines, and recurrent pain. Maya Abdominal Therapy (Out of Town)

Maya Abdominal Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive massage that supports digestive, reproductive, and overall wellness by focusing on the abdomen and lower back. For youth, this therapy can help ease growing pains, support healthy digestion and elimination, soothe nervous system imbalances, and gently reconnect them with their bodies during times of growth and change.

Each session is adapted to the unique needs of the young person, whether they are experiencing tummy troubles, constipation, early menstrual cycles, anxiety, or simply needing support to feel more at home in their body. The approach is respectful, educational, and consent-based—fostering awareness and confidence in their own health and wellbeing.

30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on comfort of client

Paired with a massage allows the body to receive your massage without the background noise going on in your brain.
